It is the process of mold-casting those molten aluminum into automatic transmissions’ cases.

01.Molten Metal Supply : Supply of molten(700℃) aluminum into casting heater. 02.Die casting : Injection of melted alloy at high-speed/high-pressure into a precise mold and quick cooling/hardening → Well-surfaced high-precision mass-production. 03.Flow Hole Cutting : Cutting of a flow hole after the casting process. 04.AGV Conveyance : Unmanned automated conveyance of automatic-transmission cases to post-processing lines with AGV*. *AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle) : Automated Guided Vehicle

It is the process of fabricating those automatic-transmission part cases & the torque converter housings as per their dimensions & shapes.

01. Finishing Machine : Cutting of undesirable parts(i.e. hole, etc.) during the assembly of an automatic-transmission case.  02.Leak Test : Oil-leakage check on an inner case with a leak tester → OK/NG. 03.Finishing Inspection : Visual Inspection on an inner/outer case for perfact quality → Inspection on & repair of find chips & defects

It is the process of machining those power-transmission gears with steel materials.

01.Supply of Materials : Materials to be cut into gears are supplied by robot > 02.Hobbing : Gear Teeth* are produced by rotating both the HOB cutter and gear material against each other while gradually moving the cutter upwards > 03.Heat Treatment : Materials  are strengthened by performing phase transformation, diffusing atoms and re-casting metals or alloys in a combination of hot and cold for the purpose of giving the product better strength, rigidity, abrasion and shock resistance qualities > 04.Grinding : Gear teeth are finished by performing rotating/straight grinding using the grinding wheel	* Gear Teeth: The shape of the teeth cut into the gear

It is the process of heat-treating those power-transmission gears with steel materials.

01.Degreasing : Prevents the formation of a layer of surface oil and soot on the surface of the gears during Carburizing Heat Treatment* by moving cutting oil used in the manufacturing process > 02.Pre-Heating : Pre-heats materials to 900℃ before the carburizing process
							> 03.Carburizing : Injects active carbon into the material’s surface at a high temperature to achieve a higher level of rigidity and maintain internal properties > 04.Diffusion : Strengthens the rigidity demanded by the gear surface by diffusing carbon at a fixed distance across the surface of the material
							05.Hardening : Corrects the cold start hardening temperature   //   * Carburizing Heat Treatment : A method used to acquire mechanical properties (strong and non-breakable) by giving strength to the 
							exterior whilst keeping the interior soft by injecting carbon into the surface of low-carbon steel only.

It is a final production process(sub-line, main line, test line) based on certain particular assembly standards.

01.Sub Assembly : Production of inner automatic-transmission parts and their performance & function tests → Production of finished goods. 02.Main Supply : Conveyance of a specific volume of sub-assembly components to a main conveyor. 03.Main Assembly : Assembly & housing docking of sub-assembly parts with some equipment(i.e. press, coupler, robot, etc.). 05.Test Assembly : Assembly & washing of brackets with certain factors(i.e. engine matching, vehicle’s spatial efficiency, etc.) taken into consideration

01.Oil Pressure Test : Oil pressure check for each gear-shifting mode. 02.Noise Test : Shifting noise assessment for each gear-shifting mode(inclusive of gear errors and others). 03.Shipping : Loading of finished automatic transmissions onto pallets and their delivery to a automotive manufacturing plant according to a certain shipping plan
